SD Maintenance LTD provides a range of maintenance services including, but not limited to, property repairs, cleaning, electrical maintenance, plumbing, painting, and other related services. The specific services provided will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice.
Each job will be governed by a separate service agreement or contract that outlines the scope of work, pricing, payment terms, and other specific details. The service agreement is binding once signed by both parties.
- Standard Rates: Our prices for services are outlined in the service agreement or estimate provided to you.
- Additional Charges: Any additional costs for materials, special tools, or unexpected work outside the scope of the initial agreement will be discussed and agreed upon in writing before proceeding.
- Payment Terms: Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment is due upon completion of services. We accept [list of accepted payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, cash, etc.]. A deposit may be required for larger projects.
- Access: You are responsible for ensuring that our technicians have access to the work area as required to complete the service.
- Health and Safety: You must inform SD Maintenance LTD of any hazards or potential health risks on the property that may affect the safety of our technicians.
- Permissions: You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required for the work to be completed.
SD Maintenance LTD guarantees the quality of our workmanship. If any issues arise from our work within 100 days, we will address the issue at no additional cost, provided that the problem is not due to misuse or external factors.
- Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate changes to the schedule. If rescheduling is necessary, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative time.
SD Maintenance LTD is not responsible for:
- Any pre-existing issues, damage, or structural defects discovered during the maintenance work.
- Losses, damages, or injuries arising from failure to follow care instructions or misuse of the property after services are rendered.
Our liability for damages will be limited to the amount paid for the service or repair provided.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SD Maintenance LTD, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of your negligence, misuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Data Collection: We may collect personal information such as your name, address, phone number, and payment information to provide services.
- Confidentiality: We will not disclose your personal or business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment, breach of the service agreement, or if we are unable to provide the services for reasons beyond our control.
In the event of any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, The dispute will be governed by the laws of England and Wales (or Scotland or Northern Ireland, as applicable) and resolved in the appropriate courts.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and the updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website or provided directly.
